• Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, medical records) unnecessarily.

We may refuse or terminate access for any violation of this section.

Most tools work without an account and without payment. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that every conversion will succeed or that output will be perfectly accurate for every file type.

The Site's content, design, code, logos, and branding are owned by SmartConvertMax or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, republish, or resell them without permission.

Output you generate (e.g., a converted document or calculated result) is yours. We claim no ownership over the files you create using the Service.

Our CGPA, aggregate, and other calculators are provided for reference only. Results depend on the inputs and rounding rules you provide and may differ from official figures. We are not liable for any decision made on the basis of a calculated result, and we encourage you to verify important numbers independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartConvertMax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate output, or reliance on calculator results.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
