Files you upload. When you use a conversion or processing tool, your file is uploaded to our servers solely to perform the requested operation. Files are processed in memory and automatically deleted shortly after the task completes — typically within 20 minutes and never stored permanently. We do not read, share, sell, or use the contents of your files for any other purpose.

Contact form submissions. If you message us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply. This data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Account data (optional). Some features may let you create an account. In that case we store the email and credentials you provide, secured with standard hashing.

Technical & usage data. Like most websites, we collect aggregated, anonymized information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location. This helps us improve performance and understand usage.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as theme and language), keep you signed in if you have an account, and measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on SmartConvertMax. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie— to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. This helps show ads that are more relevant to you.

Because uploaded files are never stored, there is nothing to delete on our side after a conversion. For contact-form messages or account data you've shared, you can request deletion at any time through our Contact Us page, and we will erase it within a reasonable period.

SmartConvertMax is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
